Superfood Energy Mango- Cranberry Bar

I made him, by combining our passions in one recipe, this delicious superfood mango- cranberry love bar. No matter if you are sporty or not, you can always enjoy this one.

All you need: for (roughly) 7 bars Dry Ingredients: – 50 gr. walnuts – 50 gr. almonds – 30 gr. coconut flakes (unsweetened) –  60 gr. pumpkin seeds – 100 gr. dates, pitted and chopped (about 5-6 whole dates) Wet Ingredients: – 1/4 cup maple syrup – 2 tbsp. coconut oil – 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger Stir-ins: – 1/3 cup almond flour –  20 gr. roughly chopped dried cranberries – 20 gr.  finely sliced dried mango – 1/2 tsp cinnamon – pinch of freshly ground black pepper How to make it: From here there are just 5 simple steps to follow. Step 1: combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse gently until all is combined. Don’t over process it, you want there to be chunks of nuts. Step 2: Add wet ingredients into the processor, just blend very energy bar mango-cranberrie raw veganshortly. Take out and put the paste in a medium bowl fuse a bit more to be sure all is combined perfectly. Step 3: Include all the stir-ins into the paste until all is combined Step 4: Spread the paste evenly into the desired thickness in a baking pan and place in the fridge. Step 5: Once hardened, cut into desired shaped and store in an air tight container in the fridge. Keep in mind that the texture hardens up quite lovely after being a couple of hours in the fridge.
