Whether you make it at the spot  in no time, whether you make it in advance to enjoy the most of the good company.
Just pure joy.

What do you need: for about 6 servings

For the filling:
– 100 grams of mixed nuts
– 50 grams of pumpkin seeds
– 8 dried apricots, chopped
– 350 grams of beef
– 1 egg
– 1/2 teaspoon curry (sweet)
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet)
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon finely ground mustard seed
– 2 pinches of fresh ground black pepper
– 2 pinches of ground nutmeg
– 1 pinch of sea salt
– 3 tablespoons almond flour (or more if mixture is to wet)
– 150 grams chopped soup vegetables (like leeks, red paprika, cauliflower, celery, carrot)

For the dough:
– 4 slices of butter puff pastry (rolled out approx 30 x 40 cm)
– 100 grams of air-dried beef meat into thin slices
– Heaped tablespoon mustard

How to prepare:

Chop the nuts and pumpkin seeds in a food processor (fairly fine).

Mix in a large bowl, the remaining ingredients for the filling, together and add the nuts.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Roll out the pastry to one piece of approx. 30 x 40 cm.
Cover the dough with mustard and place the slices air-dried beef on top.
Divide the meat mixture in the middle of the dough, lenght-wise. Fold the dough like a blanket around it.
Place it carefully on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the top with a loosely beaten egg yolk and sprinkle some salt on top.

Place in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
