This Green gold smoothie is a delicious way to kick some vitamins in your body.

A light refreshing flavor with body by the bananas. The super green spirulina makes this smoothie a true green gold shot. Good for the immune system, endurance and helps with stress and tiredness.

Spirulina contains no less than 11 different vitaminens. It also contains the necessary minerals, antioxidants, omega-3 and protein. For the vegetarian athletes among us thus a good source of protein.

Also the non sporty among us can use this refreshing, healthy and delicious smoothie without worrying on the terrace, in the sun.

What do you need: for 2 large glasses

– 2 bananas.
– 1 big apple in cut in quarters.
– 1/2 a cucumber sliced.
– 8 spirulina tabs.
– 250 ml organic clear coco juice.
– 1 tablespoon of hemp seed (raw) as a stir-in per glass.

How to prepare:

This is the best part of smoothies. As it so fast and easy to prepare really anyone can enjoy.  Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core and put into the blender, add the cucumber slices, break the bananas into pieces in the blender, add the spirulina and pour the coconut juice and blender into a smoothie.

After you’ve poured the smoothie stir-in 1 tablespoon of hemp seed per glass.

It’s done, time to taste.

Tip 1 : Spirulina is a powerful super green next to being healthy for your overall health and endurance, it also works well on the digestive system and the intestines. If you are not used to eat spirulina, it may be wise to use less, so that your digestive system can get used to.
