Tasty Top it off
Why buy pesto in the store when it is super easy homemade and way more tasteful ?
Preparation: 10 min.
What you need: approx. 200 ml.
– 60 g of unroasted hazelnuts
– 30g parsley leaves
– 70 g chopped parmesan (cheese)
– 1 dl olive oil
– 1 large garlic clove, coarsely chopped
– 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
– 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
How to prepare:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together. Scrape occasionally the sides of the bowl clean.
Mix very well.
Store best in a sealed clean glass jar in the fridge.
Delicious on a piece of toast, with fresh tomatoes and salads.
Tip * You can make this well in advance and save about for ca. 2-3 weeks in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Waarom pesto kopen in de winkel als je het super makkelijk zelfgemaakt en ook nog eens heel smaakvol?
Bereiding: 10 min.
Wat heb je nodig: c.a. 200 ml.
– 60 g ongeroosterde hazelnoten
– 30g platte peterselie blaadjes
– 70 g fijngesneden parmezaan (kaas)
– 1 dl olijfolie
– 1 flinke knoflook teen, grof gehakt
– 1 snuf himalaya zout
– 1 snuf vers gemalen zwarte peper.
Hoe te bereiden:
Doe alle ingrediënten in de keukenmachine en mix door elkaar. Schraap af en toe de zijkanten van de kom schoon.
Mix heel goed door elkaar.
Bewaren doe je het beste in een afgesloten schone glazen pot in de koelkast.
Lekker op ‘n toastje, bij de verse tomaten en door salades.
Tip* Je kunt dit ruim van te voren maken en in een schoon afgesloten glazenpot in de koeling ca. 2-3 weken bewaren.
